Magicjack Thin Client driver issue

This post is take from  http://unofficialmagicjack2.proboards104.com/index.cgi?board=tchelp&action=display&thread=21

Sometimes after magicJAck installs itself on a Thin Client like the HP 5700 series [5700, 5710, 5720] you’ll find that the USB Phone by TigetJet sound driver is missing -- in those cases you need to use the following procedure:

Your first Step: On the Thin Client stop the magicJack.exe in Task manager then install the IP Phone Center by TigerJet software application.

After you have installed the IP Phone Center then you MUST do the following;

Remove [delete] the IP Phone shortcut from the desktop
Remove [delete]IP Phone folder from C:\Programs
Remove [delete] IP Phone from the Startup folder

In Device Manager you will see 3 Yellow devices that IP Phone tried to install but failed too – uninstall those by right-clicking then select uninstall
COMMIT then reboot and this time you will be able to see that magicJack now picks up the correct drivers.

Note: This way of fixing the problem may not be elegant but it works.
